Therapeutic Massage

Offered in three different time increments: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes, these sessions are designed to provide you with a massage tailored to your individual needs. During a therapeutic massage, I may utilize a variety of different techniques and modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and stretching. By incorporating these various methods, I am able to ensure that your session is focused on addressing any specific areas of concern.
